The role of this job to deliver, design continuously assesses Dubai Airport’s access to development of leadership, provides better ideas and thought to develop programs for leadership, expand the skills and development of employees and support the growth of Dubai Airports.

Another role of this job leading complete agenda about culture and engagement of Dubai airports. Jobholders must have strategic objectives forwarding culture and engagement for Dubai Airports.

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge

Qualifications and Education

  1. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Management related field, HR and Occupational Psychology.
  2. Preferably master degree holder in related fields

Experience

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the following:

  1. Leadership program Management.
  2. Embedding an Executive Development agenda for building cultural shift in commercial organizations engagement.
  3. Manage cultural changes in engagement program.
  4. Develop relationships for senior level executive
  5. Managerial level Experience in related fields.

Training

  1. Keep a record of complete Professional Development.
  2. Recognized Qualification which is provided in Coaching provided in training sessions.
  3. Level B Qualification will be Preferable.

Knowledge

  1. Knowledge about Commercial environment and people leadership stories.
  2. Knowledge of engagement strategies about employee engagement.
